Drinks

Lychee and Lime Drink

  • 150ml Syrup from the canned lychee
  • 50ml Ice cold water
  • Juice from 3 Limes
  • 6 Lychees or more if you like
  • Additional lime, sliced and some *mint leaves (optional)
  • *Lemongrass as toothpick for the lychees (optional)

    Green Lime Juice with Aloe Vera

    Ingredients:
  • 500ml Cold Water
  • 120ml Green Lime Juice (those lemon look a like)
  • 120ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Aloe Vera, skinned and cubed
  • Honey or Syrup to taste
How to do it:
  1. Add lime and lemon juice to the water and mix well.
  2. Sweeten with syrup.
  3. Refrigerate to chill.
  4. Add aloe vera cube only when just ready to serve.

    The Natural Toner - Rose Water

    Ingredients for Rose Water as a Toner:
  5. 10 Rose Buds
  6. 250ml Distilled Water
How to do it:
  1. Rinse rose bud and put them in a cup.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Pour over rose bud.
  4. Cover the cup and let it stand for 20 minutes.
  5. Drain and let it cool.
  6. Empty to a spray bottle.
  7. Refrigerate if you like and use up in 3 days.

    Mango Smoothie

    blend 300ml Fresh Milk with 400g Cubed Mango together and about 8 ice cubes. Once it's smooth, pour it in a glass and ... tada! Home-made Mango Smoothie! Oh! Don't forget to top with some Mango cubes for that extra bite.

    Watermelon Juice with Strawberry Crushed Ice

    Ingredients:

  8. Watermelon
  9. Frozen Strawberries
  10. Fine Sugar to taste (optional)
How to do it:
  1. Blend watermelon first. Do not filter.
  2. Add in the frozen strawberries.
  3. Blend together till smooth or you can leave small lumps of frozen strawberries for bites.
  4. Add some fine sugar and blend again if you find your juice too sour.
Note:
  • I add 1 punnet of frozen strawberries to 500ml of watermelon juice.
  • If you like more Watermelon taste, add more watermelon or cut down strawberries.
